Introduction In foreign trade, after mutual negotiations, when the buyers have finally decided to buy, they will place with the sellers an order. An order is a request to supply a specified quantity of goods, stating the name of com--modity ,quantity, price, packing ,terms of payment and information about delivery etc. When placing an order, the buyers will send to the sellers an order letter accom- panied by a printed order form. Upon receipt of an order from the buyers, the sellers should give the buyers a reply to confirm the acceptance of the order and en- close a sales contract/confirmation. And the buyers are required to countersign the contract and send it back for the sellers’ records. ?
