EMBA入学申请论文 PAGE PAGE 6 中镁科技知识管理体系构建实务 林志诚 2011年4月6日 摘 要 知识管理（Knowledge Management）是从1990年开始在全球范围内兴起的学术与商业应用主题，主要是指在组织中建构一个人文与技术兼备的知识系统，让组织中的信息与知识，透过获得、创造、分享、整合、记录、存取、更新等过程，达到知识不断创新的目的，并回馈到知识系统内。个人与组织的知识永不间断的累积，从系统的角度进行思考这将成为组织的智慧资本，有助于企业做出正确的决策，应对市场的变迁。 企业在全面推广知识管理实施的过程中，最大的困难点就是如何将知识管理融入到企业内部的管理与营运业务流程与价值链中，以实现企业文化、管理与技术三者的协调发展，并达到知识技术传承与复制的目的。 本文基于中镁科技知识管理体系构建的实务经验阐述知识管理体系构建的实践过程，论述知识管理体系构建理论的实践性难点及相对应的解决建议，以为其他打造学习型组织的企业提供有价值的实务参考经验。 关键词：知识管理 系统平台 学习型组织 ABSTRACT Knowledge Management (Knowledge Management) from 1990 started in the global scope of academic and commercial application up theme, is mainly refers to construct one in the organization of the humanities and technology Knowledge system, let both in the organization, information and Knowledge through acquisition, creating, sharing and integration, records, access and update process, achieve the purpose of Knowledge innovation and Knowledge system back to within.
