Methods Use the method of randomized controlled trials. According to the formulation of diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria,From March 2010 to February 2011,40 cases which belonged to the type of Blood stasis blocking were seleted and randomly divided into treatment group （n=20） and blank control group （n=20），The age was 50.0 to 88.0 years，with an average of 74.4 years . The patients in the treatment group were received castration treatment and oral intake of Chuan Long Yiai Decoction twice a day， while the blank control group received only castration treatment. The therapeutic time was 6 months. Before treatment every case was detected the concentration ofplasmaD–dimmersandevaluatedtheWellsscore.Thendetectedandevaluated every three months . Six months later ，date were collected for statistical analysis，and the clinical efficacy were evaluated in the observational self-controlled study.
