Li Jianling Business School, Zhanjiang Normal University, Zhanjiang, GuangDong Abstract：Wuhan changhang phoenix Co., LTD has been repeatedly challenged of financial treatments in the last three years, the regular management was questioned in the profits and losses of the regulation that financial statements deficit to avoid when earnings rapid retreat city. From the points of view of the regular managements , this article analys the financial statements of the company in recent three to four years and using the structure method, comparative analysis, the trend analysis and relevant ratio method to explore the existing problems, compare themselves with other industries to analysis. And through the analysis on the companys statement to find out the unreasonable enterprise financial places, then puts forward related opinions and suggestions. TOC \o 1-3 \h \z \u 1 引 言 受近年来世界贸易不景气的影响，全球航运业面临“洗牌”，2011年，因运价下跌行业触底，中国航运业的日子并不好过。2012年一季度上市公司15大事件舆情中，武汉长航凤凰回避媒体质疑。面对涉及公司运营管理的舆情事件，尤其是媒体触及了公司的“痛处”时，公司往往心存侥幸，遮遮掩掩。长航凤凰股份有限公司近两三年来非经常性损益对公司财务报表影响巨大，相关财务处理不止一次出现蹊跷。 为避免退市，管理层对近三年的财务处理可谓颇费心机，社会各界人士因而对此议论纷纷。疑点一：2009年长航凤凰营业利润亏损4.11亿元，2010年营业利润亏损1.59亿元，2011年前三季度营业利润亏损4.66亿元，公司经营形势可谓严峻。但是依靠1.75亿元的非经常性损益，长航凤凰2010年最终实现
