With the development and progress of science and technology,a large number of new technologies gradually have been applied to modern aviation equipments,which greatly improve their security and reliability.Accidents caused by the airplane itself,have reduced a lot.However,the aviation maintenance error still brings severe threaten to the flight security.It may bring aircraft incident,or may be the cause of a crash for fatal. Based on the great danger it has brought,this thesis puts forward the conception and basic characteristics of aviation maintenance error.It also deep analyses the reasons which create aviation maintenance errors.Furthermore,it also points out some effective methods and measures to prevent the maintenance errors from the macroscopical aspect,which are aimed at reducing the errors to the least.All those are used to assure the flight security.
