安徽建筑工业学院 PAGE 城市设计概论 浅谈城市更新中的历史文化保护 Discussion on the protection of history and culture in city renewal 班 级：09城规2班 指导老师：吴强 完成时间：2012.12.12 2 浅谈城市更新中的历史文化保护 【摘要】 随着社会的进步和文明的发展，历史文化的遗存成为人类最珍贵的精神财产之一。我国城市化进程加快，人口快速向城镇集聚，城市规模不断扩大，旧城内部改造也在进行着。而在现代化、国际化大都市建设过程中，出现历史文物的破坏，富有特色的区域和传统不断格式化，城市记忆消失等现象日益严重，面对城市更新过程中对历史文化的漠视与忽略，如何推进设计文化的表达，延续传统精神，促进城市建设健康发展，是本文主要尝试思考的内容。并以苏州古城保护为案列来进行分析。 【关键字】城市更新；文化传承；保护 【Abstract】With the social progress and the development of civilization, historical and cultural heritage has become one of the most precious spiritual wealth of mankind. And to the protection of Suzhou ancient city answer column for analysis. 【Key word】urban renewal; cultural continuity; protection 改革开放以来，我国城市经济迅速发展。各类新区建设和旧城改造也以空前的速度和规模展开。旧城区由于环境恶劣，基础设施匮乏，严重阻碍了城市化的质量及进程，因此旧城更新引起了广泛的关注与重视。然而，在当前中国城市建设中趋同化成为一种可悲的文化走向，各种急功近利的旧城更新活动却造成了对历史街区的严重破坏，传统的历史文化正在不断地消逝，城市千篇一律，缺乏气质。那些富有城市特色的风貌，正在毫不足惜的埋没，正在鲁莽粗暴的改变，正在渐渐地失去了以往的光彩，变得雷同而粗糙。正像《法国商报》一名记者批判北京建筑时写道：“在极短的时间窜起来的住宅，大多像兵营，灰蒙蒙，单调没有特色上世纪以来，令来中国的人们着迷的魅力已经消失殆尽”。注释 注释： 法国商报，1995.4.17，塞得里茨和艾敏尔曼《无所顾忌的狂热使北京变成一座没有特色的城市》 传统历史的丧失，已经引起了城市规划师和经营者们的普遍关注，对文化尤其是传统历史文化的保护的呼声也正日益高涨。尊重传统，传承文化，可以说是当代设计秉承的原则。如何保护好古城的特色风貌、继承历史传统又符合当代人的生活需求，适应时代潮流，使得
