Capital structure is one of the rights and obligations of stakeholders which reflect the impact and will determine the corporate governance structure, and further decided to affect the companys behaviors and corporate value. Reasonable capital structure is conducive to regulate corporate behavior and to reduce the cost of the integrated capital rate which is the access to the interests of financial leverage to improve corporate value. This paper targets the adoption of asset-liability ratio of Chinas pharmaceutical industry to describe the current situation of statistical analysis and the capital structure and the size of listed companies, to give an empirical analysis to the companys growth and geographical distribution of sample companies.
