Financing lease has the upgrading of the industrial structure, how to vitalize inventory assets and enlarging domestic demand of macro economic function and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, increasing the utilization of funds, improve enterprise management and so on microeconomic function. And the United States is the birthplace of modern financing leasing, also is the largest, the developed modern financing leasing market. Study the characteristics of the development of modern leasing and achievements, analyzes its problems in the process of development, can realize the world financing leasing and financing leasing in China the gap between developed markets, so as to draw lessons from the successful experience and failure lessons, together with the present situation of our country finance leasing, financing leasing and improve relevant policies in China.
