It is development also undergoes the rise and decline. At present，the voice of world opinion against the imposition of capital punishment is becoming louder and louder and many countries have abolished death penalty，which accords with the demand of civilization of mankind because the imposition of death sentence is against humanitarianism. Nowadays，we have not met the requirements of abolishment of death penalty now. However, human rights is slowly filtering into peoples minds，we ought to call for a minimum number of executions and a sentence with caution，to carry out a death sentence scientifically and further improve check system for it, although these conditions of abolishment to death penalty is still lacking.
