本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV 摘 要 本系统为由可编程控制器PLC、污油箱、污油泵、搅拌电机、过滤箱、开合箱电机、滤纸及运纸电机等组成的板式过滤器系统，实现的功能是将污油过滤为净油。污油被污油泵从污油箱中抽出来以后，经管道进入过滤箱，当过滤刚开始时，需要先进行一段预沉积。 因为过滤刚开始时滤饼上的硅藻土没有铺好，需要在过滤时将硅藻土同污油一起由管道送入。此时污油经过滤后并没有将杂质完全滤除，所以不能当作净油输出。 正常过滤后，过滤箱中的滤纸上沉积的杂质过多时，此时箱内压力增大至6MPa左右，需启动开合箱电机开箱换纸，滤纸由运纸电机进行置换。 当遇到下班等中途原因需中途停车，而又想继续使用旧过滤纸，则需在关机前对过滤箱进行清洗。清洗时利用强风吹入过滤箱内，将旧纸中的余油吹出。为了满足调试和试车等要求，系统分为自动和手动两种工作方式。因为系统在调试和试运行阶段时手动工作方式要比自动工作方式易于控制，能更好的发现系统中存在的问题，以进行修改。 本设计采用了一些必要的安全保护设计诸如，液位报警，油压、气压值报警等保护措施，使系统具有较高的可靠性和安全性，可以应用于各种要求的工业生产场合中。 关键词：板式过滤器；PLC；控制；污油 Abstract This system is the plate filter system controlled by PLC which composed by programmable controller PLC, the dirt fuel tank, the dirt oil pump, the stirs electrical machinery, the filter box, the opening and closing box electrical machinery, the filter paper and transports paper electrical machinery, and so on. It realize the function of change the dirty oil into clear oil. The dirty oil smears the oil pump to pull out after the dirt fuel tank, enters the filter box, stirs by the electrical machinery。It needs sometimes to carry on pre-depositions when filters just started. Because the diatomaceous filters on the cake didn’t spread well yet when filters just started, which needed sent the diatomaceous and the dirty oil in together by the pipeline when filter just starts, at this time the impurity inside the dirty oil doesn’t filtered out completely after the filtration, therefore could not treat as the clear oil output. When there are excessively impurity deposits on the filter paper, the internal pressure of the box increases suddenly, must open the box to trades the paper, the filter paper replaced by the paper electrical machinery. As a result of requests debugging and test run, the system divides into automatic and the manual two working style. Because the manual style is more easy to control than automatic style in the process of debugging, which can find the problem exist in the system better so as to modification. This design use some
