项目管理在手机项目开发中的应用 ［摘要］随着我国手机市场竞争愈发激烈，提高手机产品的市场竞争力是手机金业的牛存和发 展的关键，而手机项目开发水平直接关系到手机的竞争力，所以如何提高手机项目开发水平 成为手机企业普遍遇到的问题。已有的实践表明，项目管理理论能很好的应用于手机项目开 发，木文分析了我国手机项目开发中存在的问题，指出了应用项目管理的必要性，并重点探 讨了项目管理理论在手机项目开发中应用途径。本文的研究成果有助于提高手机企业项目管 理水平，提高企业的市场竞争力。 ［关键词］手机项FI开发；项FI管理；应用 The application of proj ect management in thedevelopment of mobile phone project Abstract: with the increasingly fierce competition in Chinas mobile phone market, improving market competitiveness of mobile phone products is the key to the survival and development of mobile phone enterprises, and the mobile phone project development level is directly related to the competitiveness of mobile phone, how to improve the mobile phone project development level has become the common problems faced by enterprises. Project management theory can be well applied in mobile phone development project that existing practice show , this paper analyzed the existing problem in the development of Chinas mobile phone project, pointed out the necessity of the application of project management, and emphatically discussed how to use the theory of project management in mobile phone project development s. The results of this study are helpful to improve the level of project management of mobile phone enterprises，and increase the market competitiveness of the enterprise.
