摘 要 本设计的任务是处理量10万吨/ 日城市生活污水处理厂的初步设计，采用卡鲁塞尔2 000氧化沟二级生化处理工艺。该工艺对废水处理具有明显的技术优势，并且具有很强 的抗冲击负荷能力，提高了BOD 的去除率，氧化沟出水经二沉池接触消毒后排放。预计 5 本方案BOD 的去除率可达95%，SS的去除率可达90%。考虑到污泥机械脱水间的运行安 5 全，将二沉池等处理构筑物的污泥一并浓缩后去机械脱水间脱水，经压滤后外运。并且 该工艺运行稳定、管理方便、工程投资少、运营成本低。污水处理厂工程 投资12384万 元，污水处理 成本2985万元/年，污水处理成本0.818元/立方米。污水处理厂出水水质： COD ≤20 mg/L ，BOD ≤15 mg/L ，pH=6-9 ，SS≤20 mg/L ，NH -N （10℃）≤5 mg/L ，TN≤12 cr 5 3 mg/L(10℃)，出水排入C江。 关键词：城市污水 Carrousel 2000氧化沟工艺 脱氮除磷 工艺设计 I Abstract The task of this design is to the preliminary design of 100,000 tons/day city life sewage treatment plant, use carrousel 2000 oxidation ditch secondary biochemical process.
