本科毕业论文 题目： 我国中小企业筹资模式研究 学 院: 管理学院 专 业: 会计学 学 号: 200905170095 学生姓名: 王德青 指导教师: 窦炜 日 期: 二○一三年六月 武汉科技大学本科毕业论文 PAGE 15 摘 要 中小企业在对我国经济的发展具有不可替代的作用，但是我国的中小企业一直因为资金问题而发展缓慢。目前，中小企业筹资难问题再度成为讨论的热点，对其进行系统的研究具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。 本文把中小企业的筹资问题作为研究对象，采用原因到结果逐层深入的分析方法。主要有介绍概况，提出问题，分析问题和解决问题几个部分。第一部分，以中小企业的界定为出发点，分析中小企业的发展状况，包括其发展优势以及潜在的问题。进而指出筹资难问题已然成为我国中小企业发展的瓶颈。第二部分，在指出发展面临的问题之后，逐步分析我国中小企业可能的筹资渠道和方式。第三部分，指出我国正处于发展中国家，金融体系和资本市场都不完善，银行等金融系统对中小企业的歧视仍然存在。第四部分，为了缓解中小企业融资困境，促进中小企业健康发展，提出了发展民间金融市场，增强企业信用评级的方式。 文章结束，分别从内部和外部分析了为了解决筹资问题，企业和政府所要采取的措施。首先作为市场主体，企业应当提高已有资金的利用效率，扩大融资范围。而政府则应提供良好的融资环境。一方面完善对企业的社会信用管理。另一方面鼓励信用担保中心的成立。 总之，解决中小企业的筹资问题相当重要。企业和政府都应找准自己的角色定位，为解决筹资问题出谋划策。 关键词：中小企业；筹资难；民间金融市场； 政府作为 　 Abstract SMEs to China’s economic development have an irreplaceable role, but Chinas SMEs have been slow to develop because of funding problems. Currently, SME financing difficult problem once again become a hot topic, its systematic study will be of great theoretical and practical significance. This paper mainly research on the problem of SMEs financing. The first part is the definition of SMEs and the introduction of the development of SMEs, including its development advantages and potential problems. Further, it points out that financing problem has become the bottleneck of SMEs development. The second part, points out the problems facing the development, and the progressive analysis of the SMEs in the country and the way of possible sources of funding. The third part, points out that China is still the developing countries, the financial system and capital markets are not perfect, the discrimination from banks and other financial systems for SMEs still exists. The fourth part, discusses how to ease the financing difficulties of SMEs and how to promote the healthy development of SMEs.
