20 14 年 8 月 电 工 技 术 学 报 Vol.29 No. 8 第29 卷第 8 期 TRANSACTIONS OF CHINA ELECTROTECHNICAL SOCIETY Aug . 2014 多类型电动汽车电池集群参与微网储能的 V2G 可用容量评估 翁国庆 张有兵 戚 军 谢路耀 (浙江工业大学信息工程学院 杭州 310023 ) 摘要 定义了“V2G 可用容量”概念,表征电动汽车(EV )电池集群基于车电互联(V2G ) 技术作为储能元件参与微网运行调控时的动态能量平衡能力。提出同时引入私家 EV 电池群集、 公交EV 电池集群和梯次利用EV 电池集群参与微网V2G 服务的方案。在实现不同时段EV 电池 集群容量变化的有效表征基础上,针对微网中的多类型 EV 电池集群,分别从管理模式、行为特 性、配置参数等多个方面进行深入分析,提出各集群V2G 可用容量的实时评估模型,为目标微网 系统能量优化调控策略的制定提供有效依据。以浙江温州南麂岛风光柴储分布式发电综合系统为 例,分析所提方案及评估方法的可行性和有效性。 关键词:电动汽车(EV ) 电池集群 微网 能量平衡 V2G 可用容量 评估 中图分类号:TK02; U469.72 Evaluation for V2G Available Capacity of Battery Groups of Electric Vehicles as Energy Storage Elements in Microgrid Weng Guoqing Zhang Youbing Qi Jun Xie Luyao (Zhejiang University of Technology Hangzhou 310023 China ) Abstract A new concept of V2G available capacity is defined to represent the ability of dynamic and two-way energy balance for the battery groups of electric vehicles(EV) as energy storage elements in one microgrid based on vehicle to grid (V2G) technology. Three kinds of battery groups are defined, including battery group of private EV, battery group of public EV and battery g roup for secondary use. With effective representation of capacity variation in different time sections and deeper analysis in many aspects for the multiple battery groups, such as management modes, behavioral characteristics, configuration parameters, and etc. The real-time evaluation models of V2G available capacity for each kind of battery group are proposed, which will provide eff
