手机研制项目中的进度管理 The Project Schedule Management of Mobile Phone Development 摘 要 项目管理理论已经深入到许多企业的日常发展与运营之中。越来越多的企业在研发、工程等项目活动中充分使用项目管理的先进理论，对项目的质量、进度、成本等因素进行管理。目前手机行业竞争激烈，缩短产品开发时间成为各企业急需解决的问题。在这种背景之下，企业需要运用项目管理理论和技术科学地控制项目进度，以求缩短工期，降低成本，取得效益。 本文以手机研制项目为例，在分析手机研发项目进度管理实际状况的基础上，结合研发项目进度管理与现代项目管理的特点，把现代项目进度管理理论与方法应用到手机研发项目的进度管理当中，按照项目进度管理的流程对手机研制过程进行工作分解并制定进度计划，最后再对各分项工作的进度进行控制，以对手机研制项目的整体进度进行管理。 关键词：项目管理；手机研制；进度计划；进度管理 Abstract Project management theory has gone deep into many of the daily business development and operations being. More and more companies in R D, engineering and other project activities in the full use of advanced project management theory, project quality, schedule, cost and other factors management. The current highly competitive mobile phone industry, shorten product development time as the companies need to solve the problem. In this context, companies need to apply scientific theory and technology project management to control project progress, in order to shorten the construction period, reduce costs and obtain benefits.  This research project, for example mobile phone, mobile phone R D projects with current status and schedule management features, progress in the analysis of mobile phone R D project management on the basis of the actual situation, combined with the progress of R D project management and the characteristics of modern project management, the progress of the modern project management theories and methods applied to the mobile phone R D progress of the project management which, according to project schedule management processes of the mobile phone development process and to develop work breakdown schedule, and finally on the progress of the sub-control, to the overall development project for mobile phones schedule management.
