况。分析了国外无缝钢管技术装备发展的特点：国外各大钢管生产企业的新专利、新产品不断涌现，但在无缝钢
管生产的节能降耗方面技术进步不明显，连铸坯热送热装技术未有突破。

Abstract ：Presented here in the article are the information concerning the construction of seamless steel
tube mills as set up recently at abroad ，and a general introduction of the world top ten steel tube groups as resulting
from relevant mergers and acquisitions and consolidations. The general trend feature of the development of tech -
nological equipment for seamless steel tube manufacture in relevant developed countries is analyzed ，and identi-

fied i.e. new patents and products are constantly emerging whereas no major progress in energy saving technology

charge of CC billets.
