2012 年 第 40 卷 第 9 期 — 45 — 钻井技术与装备  火 车式钻机整体移运 系统的研 制 张 振 勇 ( 江汉石油管理局 第四机械厂) 摘要: 针对目前丛式井钻机移运系统存在 的搬迁过程费 时、费力、费用高等 问题，研制 了火 车式钻机整体移运系统 。将钻机 的井架底座模块和所有配套设备 ，安装在 带车轮 的火车式钻机整 体移运系统上 ，利用钻机自 带的液压动力源 ，驱 动液压 油缸做伸缩运 动 ，实现 了整套钻机在丛式 井槽 间的整体快速移运 ，拆卸和安装工作量少 ，移运高效 ，运行经济、安全。现场 100 多 口井的 钻井作业结果表明 ，安装整体移运系统 的钻机平均搬迁 时间不超过 4 h ，操作工人也只需 4 人 ，极 大地提高 了钻井综合效益。 关键词: 火车式; 丛式井钻机; 移运系统; 整体移运 中图分类号: TE927 文献标识码: A 文章编号: 100 1 － 4578 ( 20 12) 09 － 0045 － 04 Development of the Train-type Integrated Transportation System for Drilling Rig Zhang Zhenyong ( SJ Petroleum Machinery Co． ，Jianghan Petroleum Administration) Abstract : There exist problems with the transportation system for cluster well drilling rig in the entire process of relocation ，such as too much time and energy consumption and high costs． Therefore ，the train-type integrated transportation system for drilling rig was developed． The rig substructure module as well as all corollary equipment is installed on the wheeled train-type integrated transportation system． The hydraulic power source of the rig is used to drive the hydraulic cylinder to conduct the stretching motion ，achieving the fast transportation of the whole rig be- tween cluster well grooves． The disassembly and installment workload is reduced ，with high-efficiency relocation and economical and safe operation． The field drilling operation in over 100 wells shows that the average relocation time for the rig installed with the integrated transportation system is no more than 4 hours． Only 4 operators are nee- ded． As a result the comprehensive drilling benefits have been improved r
