论 文 题 目：锅炉排烟温度高的分析及运行中采取的措施 学科（专业）：热能动力工程 申 请 人： 指 导 教 师： 摘　要 电厂锅炉排烟温度偏高是影响锅炉经济运行的一大难题。由于煤质的变化、燃烧组织不合理、炉膛和制粉系统的漏(掺)冷风、受热面积灰(包括炉膛结焦)、受热面结构设计考虑不足以及给水温度、冷空气温度、炉膛出口过量空气系数、空预器漏风率等的变化，使不少锅炉排烟温度长期超过设计值水平。 排烟温度的严重超温导致锅炉运行效率降低，影响预热器、电除尘设备的安全经济运行，影响各低温受热面的正常工作，进而危及到锅炉汽机以及发电机组的安全经济的运行降低排烟温度对于节能降耗、提高锅炉的安全经济和稳定性有很重要的现实意义。 本文针对锅炉存在的排烟温度偏高的问题，通过理论分析后认为造成锅炉排烟温度偏高的主要原因是漏(掺)入炉膛和制粉系统的冷风量大大超过原设计值，并对此情况提出了改进措施。 目前，我国许多电站锅炉排烟温度高于设计值，一般比设计值高出20℃～50℃。如果对每一个锅炉进行原因分析后提出具体不同的解决方案并进行改造，将会产生明显的社会效益与经济效益。 关 键 词：锅炉；排烟温度；分析；研究 论文类型：研究报告 Title: In the boiler discharging fume temperature high analysis and the movement adopts measure Speciality: Heat energy power engineering Applicant: GaoLei Supervisor: Prof. SunPeng ABSTRACT The power plant boiler discharging fume temperature is high is affects the boiler economy movement a big difficult problem.
