Gender inequality in employment of college graduates Recently, university graduates especially girl students are confronted with growing employment pressure. As is known to all, the number of college students is increasing quickly and find a favorable job is of great difficulty in the modern society. According to the investigation, quite a few units have discrimination to female for a body of reasons. Firstly, the boss usually supports the idea that the masculine are more intelligent and stronger than feminine, so they will have excellent behaviors in the aspect of working. Secondly, the girl students are always cared about their family take care of others thus they can’t pay all of their attention to work. Thirdly, in accordance with the stereotyped roles that several jobs are not appropriate for women, the bias becomes more serious. As an example that electrician is considered to be man. From my own perspective, nowadays is not the old society and the fair sexes have great and growing significance to the development, the society should change the sex-biased attitude which favors boys over girls and we should call for equality.
