内容摘要：在中国令人瞩目的现代化进程之中，百业俱兴，百废皆举，但金融业却曾经长久地徘徊在边缘，使得中国的许多企业——尤其是中小企业——不得不独自挣扎在缺少弹药的困境，与特权、关系和交易交织的泥潭之中。尤其随着全球经济形势的严峻，全球的金融业遭受到严重打击，交易量日益萎缩，这无疑使原本就融资艰难的中小企业雪上加霜。无数中小企业进一步陷入了资金链断裂、民间高利借贷、破产的水深火热之中。如何才能解决金融危机下中小企业融资难的问题，进而保证我国经济在全球经济衰退的今天能够继续健康、快速、可持续的发展？本文拟从我国中小企业的融资现状着手分析中小企业融资难的原因，再结合国外中小企业的融资情况和针对中小企业融资的措施，提出解决这个难题的答案。 关键词：金融危机 中小企业 融资问题 Abstract：Remarkable in Chinas modernization process,industry prosperity,however, the financial services industry has had long hovered at the edge,many enterprises of China,in particular small and medium-sized,have to struggle alone in the absence of the plight of ammunition and privileges, and the morass of intertwined transactions.With the global economy in particular the seriousness of the situation,Global financial industry suffered a serious blow,Shrinking volume,This is so hard on the financing was already small and medium-sized.Numerous small and medium-sized strand the Vicious cycle of break further into the capital、Civil usurious loans and bankruptcy.How can we solve the financial crisis the question of financing small and medium-sized,To ensure that Chinas economic recession in the global economy of today to continue the healthy, rapid and sustainable development？In this paper, the financing from the status quo of Chinas small and medium-sized proceed with an analysis of the causes of difficulties in financing small and medium-sized,abroad, combined with the financing situation of SMEs and the financing of measures aimed at small and medium enterprises, the answer to solve this problem.
