【摘要】 功能性腹泻是消化道系统的常见疾病，西医治疗以对症止泻为主。中医以健脾渗湿、补
益脾肾、疏肝等为原则进行中药、针灸治疗，取得显著疗效。近年来对中医治疗功能性腹泻取效机制的
研究也日益增多，本文对功能性腹泻中医临床与作用机制研究进行了综述。

【Abstract 】 Functional diarrhea is a common disease of the digestive tract system. Traditional Chinese
medicine (TCM) mainly included herbal formulea, acupuncture and moxibustion to treat the functional diarrhea,
according to the principles of strengthening spleen and moistening, nourishing spleen and kidney, and soothing
liver. In recent years, many studies have been conducted on the effective mechanism of TCM treatment of
