PAGE 1 PAGE 57 摘 要 金属表面前处理是指：清除金属工件表面上的所有污物和用化学的方法生成一层有利于提高工件防腐蚀性能的非金属转化膜的过程。 在金属表面前处理中产生的废水，需要对其进行处理后再排放，废水中含有的主要有毒有害物质有：亚硝酸盐，磷酸盐，乳化油，表面活性剂，Ni2+，Zn2+。金属表面前处理废水这里我们采用混凝沉淀＋水解＋高效生物滤池的处理方法。 主要工艺流程为混凝沉淀，水解酸化，生物过滤及污泥压饼外运处置。使废水中的污染物及COD得到有效去除。如果混凝药剂选择适当，可使金属表面前处理废水脱色，COD和BOD值大幅下降，提高被处理废水的可生化性。水解酸化是将废水中的大分子分解为小分子，利于废水的进一步处理。生化处理是利用微生物的代谢作用分解废水中的有机物的处理方法在适宜的环境中降解金属表面前处理废水,包括好氧法和厌氧法。处理后出水达到《综合污水排放标准》(GB8987-1996)中的二类三级排放标准的要求。 关键词：金属表面前处理废水；混凝沉淀；水解酸化；生化处理；COD Abstract Metal surface Pre-treatment is remove all dirt on the metal workpiece surface and use chemical methods to produce a layer to improve workpiece corrosion resistance of non-metallic conversion coating process. The wastewater generated in pre-treatment to metal surfaces, need to be treated before emission,The toxic and hazardous substances contained in wastewater is: Nitrite,phosphate, emulsified oils, surfactants, Ni2+ and Zn2+。Here we use the Coagulation+hydrolysis + efficient biological filter of processing。 The main process is coagulation and sedimentation, acidification, biological filtration and sludge pressed cake Sinotrans disposal. Effective removal the pollutants and COD in the wastewater. If the Coagulation Pharmacy select appropriate,can make the metal surface pre-treatment wastewater decolorization, COD and BOD values dropped significantly,improve to biodegradability of to wastewater treatment. Hydrolysis acidification is to make the macromolecules broken down into the small molecules, it is conducive to further processing to the wastewater. Processing of biochemical degradation the metal surface wastewater in a suitable environmentto with the metabolism of the microbial decomposition of organic matter in the pre-treatment to metal surfaces wastewater, Including aerobic and anaerobic law.
