舟山海鲜物流配送研究—以岱山县衢山镇的海鲜配送为例.docVIP

内 容 摘 要 本设计是关于物流配送的领域的研究。众所周知，随着全球化经济的发展,企业竞争日益激化。逐渐成为现代社会经济系统的重要支柱,物流总成本已在国民生产总值中占有相当的比重。而这当中物流配送又成为当中的关键因素。 论文详细的介绍了配送管理中的各个流程。首先在配送流程设计上阐述了配送功能要素，同时还介绍了配送路线的选择，其次讲述了配送车辆调度的情况，外还对配送作业管理上做了详细的的补充。在此基础上，通过以舟山市岱山县衢山镇的海鲜配送为例，通过对其海鲜的实地调查，结合相应的理论知识，设计出舟山海鲜配送的方案。 设计结果表明：理论和实际情况还是有一点差距，物流配送是一个新兴的行业，对海鲜配送来说又是非常之少，主要是因为海鲜配送所需要注意的地方太多。本文所作的研究只是一个初步的探讨。优化设计的模型和算法还需要更深入的研究，将理论充分结合实际，并希望取得良好的效果。 关键词：物流配送、海鲜、理论、实际 ABSTRACT The design is on the areas of logistics research.
