工程管理毕业设计土木工程 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计 攀枝花市西区清香坪学校—住宅楼土建部分 招投标文件 学生姓名： 学生学号： 20 院（系）： 土木工程学院 年级专业： 05级工程管理 指导教师： 刘 工程师 助理指导教师： 二〇〇九年六月 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计 摘要 摘 要 本毕业设计的内容是编写攀枝花市西区清香坪学校—住宅楼土建部分招投标文件，它由招标文件和投标文件两大部分组成。 招标文件是由工程概况、投标须知、合同条款、技术规范及投标书格式、工程量清单、合同文件格式等组成，是招标单位对投标单位发放的，投标文件必须依据招标文件要求的内容编制。 投标文件由投标函、技术标和经济标三部分组成。 在做本设计时对我国现行的招投标一般法律法规、招投标文件的编制格式和组成方式做了详细的研究。在编制工程清单时使用了标准的清单计价的方法和编制格式；在编制投标文件时，使用了宏业清单计价软件；并对工程的施工组织方案和施工组织进度计划做了比较详细的分析和阐述，并绘制了施工平面布置图及网络图。本设计全面体现了工程招标书和投标书的编制的现行方法和格式。 关键词：招标文件，投标文件，工程量清单，施工组织设计 I 攀枝花学院本科毕业设计 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT This graduation project content is compiles Panzhihua City，Residential buildings of Xiqu Qingxiangping Shool County finely to collect the plot commercial-residential buildings two issue of 5th building construction part to incur the bid document, it two major part is composed by the tender document and the bid document. The tender document is composed of the main piont of the project,the tender notice, the contract provision, the technology standard，the form of bidding book, the project quantity list, the contract document format and so on。It is the tender unit provide to the bidding unit。The bidding documentmust compiled resting on the tender document。 The bidding document is composed of the bidding letter, the technical sign and the economical sign. It elaborated the general legal laws and regulations and format in tender document and invite bidding document. It used the method and formation of normal D/N account when compiled bid invitiation document,used Hong Ye D/N account software when prepareing tender document , analysised planning and programming of project construction in detail when compile to tender document，the method has done a more detailed description, and the mapping of the construction plans and layout of the network map.
