早中期妊娠EB病毒感染的前瞻性研究;Page ? *;Page ? *;Page ? *;Page ? *; EB病毒在人群中普遍易感，但在优生优育方面的研究尚不足。国外已有研究针对妊娠期EB病毒感染的研究，并对引起不良后果的机制进行了初步研究，由于人种不同，基因易感性不同，对此我国尚未进行详尽研究。 ; 挪威公共健康研究所Eskild教授等报告，EB病毒在妊娠早期的复活会导致妊娠时间缩短和死产。; 通过对EB病毒的活动性感染妊娠妇女的随访，同时与既往感染妊娠妇女（IgM阴性）的对比，发现EB病毒感染对不良妊娠的影响，为优生优育提供更多依据和保障，为我国的优生工作作出贡献。 ;准备阶段： 自2010年八月开始申报课题，课题组即在EB病毒与优生优育的关系领域进行了大量的文献查阅，搜集资料，进行了预试验 ，进行了大量的前期准备工作，形成了课题研究的初步思路，科技局进行了查新，进行了课题立项申请。 ;Page ? *;;结论： 早中期妊娠EB病毒近期感染与异常妊娠结局有关，早期妊娠 EB病毒的感染危险性较大。EB病毒DNA检测法并不能代替ELISA抗 体检测法对EB病毒感染的监控。 ;Abstract Objective Our objective was to evaluated the positive rate of EBV seropositivity in early and mid-term pregnant women and effect on pregnant women and fetus. Methods ELISA was used to detect the antibody of EBV and PCR was used to detect the pathogens in 520 cases of early and mid-term pregnant women. All the pregnant wemen were devided into 3 groupsBy ELISA outcomes: noninfection group ,primary infection group and re-active infection group.following-up survey of the pregnancy outcomes of the three groups were compared.;Results The results showed that the positive rates of EBV infection was eighty-nine.The positive rate of primary infection was3.6%and re-active infection was 10%. In the ELISA method with fluorescence quantitative PCR for detection of DNA comparable to that found in IgM positive DNA test was positive in 15 patients; IgM negative DNA test was positive in 21 cases. Follow-up of pregnancy outcome findings of primary infection group with abnormal pregnancy outcome incidence was significantly higher than other groups ( P 0.1 ), spontaneous abortion in the relative risk of RRmh 3.35. preterm birth, stillbirth, deformity and no difference between the groups ( P 0.5 ). Conclusion This study revealed a significant relation between Spontaneous abortion and active infection of EBV in the early pregnancy . And suggests that EBV infection during pregnancy should be considered as a risk indicator in the anagement of pregnancy. Detection o
