The foundation of isolated vibration for precision machine

Abstract :Laying five preventive vibration layers under the machine to prevent the vibration for the base ，the layers are made
of different kinds material． The design mainly adapt the method that dig isolated vibration channel around the machine． This
way is aided to improve prevention for vibration ，and is very efficacious to avoid the influence of environmental vibration．
Through the design allysis and test ，it shows this new design is uesed for the foundation of precision roll grinding machine
widely ，which can improve the grinding accuracy．
