:2007 年1 月,腰滩油田全面实施掺水工艺。 工艺实施初期, 因原油物性差、油井 散、单井产量低、新井生产无
水采油周期短、油井产液含水率上升快等导致了掺水量过大的问题,使站区日处理液量增加、原油销售超标, 严重影响油
田的正常生产。为保证掺水工艺在腰滩油田的顺利实施, 依据掺水理论, 结合油田实际, 通过现场简化流程、完善加药方
式、制定合理工作制度等措施, 使掺水工艺在该油田得到了正常运行, 达到了生产稳定、节能降耗、提高经济效益的目的。

Abstract:In Janua y 2007, w ate blending technology w as applied in Y aotan Oilfield in full scale.In the
ea ly stage of application, the excessive w ate blending w as caused by poo physical p ope ty of c ude oil,
dispe sed dist ibuted oil wells, low individual well p oduction, sho t wate -f ee oil p oduction pe iod, and
inc ease of p oduction wate cut, which esulted in inc ease of daily fluid t eatment in station and excessive
oil sales, so that the no mal p oduction of oilfield was se iously influenced.Based on w ate blending theo y
and combined with oilfield p actices, wate blending technology has been applied in the oilfield by
simplifying w o k flow , imp oving chemical feed met hod and m aking easonable w o k sy stem, and finally
g ot g ood effects such as stable p oductio n, ene gy saving, cost educing and bette economic benefits.
