A lthough the distance bewt een the two locations is lmi ited, there are still obvious differences in the topography and the surroundings. And it is essential to find out those differences for the continuity, the representative and the homogeneous analysis of the obser vations. In term s of the observational data from 2006 to 2007, the differences are analyzed to find the possible effect of the exterior environment based on the clmi atic principles, statisticmethods and auditing
