广西饲料安全形势下新技术应用研讨会(修改稿) PAGE PAGE 1 ———————————————————————————————— 作者： ———————————————————————————————— 日期： PAGE PAGE 1 “2010广西饲料安全形势下新技术应用研讨会”交流材料 黄羽肉鸡的饲养环境与营养 莫棣华 （广东省农业科学院 广东省饲料行业协会） （2010-9-12） 摘要 本文概述了我国黄羽肉鸡的发展情况，指出黄羽肉鸡营养与环境的重要性，应引起业界的重视。本文重点介绍了如活性水、黄曲霉毒素解毒酶等新成果新技术的应用以及中草药饲料对畜禽疾病防治问题的发展新理念和新动向；提出了从中医中药基础的角度在黄羽肉鸡饲养上引入“动物养生”的新理念，再三强调黄羽肉鸡养殖环境要“净化”，对体动物内的“五脏六腑”要“调理”的观点，使黄羽肉鸡在良好的内外“生态环境”条件下能健康生长发育，从而实现鸡的肉、蛋的品质安全，口感风味良好，使消费者放心和满意，企业得到效益的目的。养殖企业如能参考采纳本文提到的一些应对办法，目前行业的困难是完全能够克服的，起码能把损失降低，甚至能扭亏为盈。黄羽肉鸡产业一定能再创新的辉煌。 关键词：黄羽肉鸡 营养与环境 活性水 黄曲霉毒素解毒酶 中草药饲料 动物养生 Summary This paper summarizes the development situation of Chinese HuangYu chicken, pointed out the importance of nutrition and environment for HuangYu chicken, this situation should cause the attention. This paper introduces the activity such as active water , aflatoxin , detoxification enzymes and other new achievements in the application of new technology of livestock and poultry feed and herbal disease prevention and control problems of developing new ideas and new trends, From the Angle of Chinese medicine in HuangYu based on introducing chicken breeding animals living new ideas, stressed HuangYu chicken breeding environment to clean, the animal to five zang-and recuperates, make HuangYu chicken in good ecological environment and healthy growth and development conditions, thus realizing the chicken meat, eggs, taste good flavor quality safety, make consumer trust and satisfaction, enterprises have profit. Breeding enterprises such as mentioned in article can be adopted some reference to the present measures, the industry is completely overcome difficulties, at least they can reduce the loss, even can turnaround.
