PAGE PAGE \* roman ii 浅谈中国电信行业3G的未来发展建议 摘要 本文以经过电信行业重组后的新中国联通、新中国移动、新中国电信3家全国通信运营行业的龙头企业目前正在大力推广的3G业务为研究对象，从网络性能、品牌推广、资费情况等几个方面的调查和比较，论述较在2G业务上中国移动大获全胜的基础上，在3G业务普及之际，3家电信企业在3G业务上的大显身手是否能打破一枝独秀的格局，迎来真正的电信运营商的“三国演义”研究结果表明，经过2009年的一整年，在3G元年的各家在3G业务上的表现，得出结论，3G发展战略的制定必须有的放矢，对重点的应用和业务进行深耕，真正为用户提供丰富并且颇具黏性的业务。才能真正迎来电信3G时代的春天。 关键词：动、电信、联通、3G 技术 运营 品牌、资费 Abstract Nowadays, after the telecom industry’s reconstruction, the new China Unicom ,the new China Mobile and the new China Telecom are paying much attention to promote the development of 3g service. And that is what this essay is talking about. Based on the investigation and comparison from network performance , brands-promoting and charge, we are wondering whether the three telecom enterprises could break the old situation to make the new balance. The research shows us that when we make the strategy for the development of 3g service, we have to focus on the further development of some important applications and services. Only when we can offer more mulriple and related services for users, then the real spring of 3g would come.
