Scope The following prescriptions apply to safety requirements with respect to the electric power train of road vehicles of categories M and N, with a maximum design speed exceeding 25 km/h, equipped with one or more traction motor(s) operated by electric power and not permanently connected to the grid and the high voltage components and systems which are galvanically connected to the high voltage bus of the electric power train. 1.適用範圍: 適用於M及N類車輛之電池電動車輛,設計最大車速超過25km/h,並配備一或多個電動推進馬達,其非永久連接於高壓輸電線路網,且其高電壓零件與系統連結於電動推進馬達之高電壓匯流排。 2. DEFINITIONS 2-1 “Active driving possible mode” Vehicle mode when application of pressure to the accelerator pedal (or activation of an equivalent control) will cause the electric power train to move the vehicle. 2. 名詞釋義: 2.1 可行車模式:指踩下加速踏板(或相當之控制動作)即可藉由電動推進馬達帶動車輛之行車狀態。 2–2 “Barrier” The part providing protection against direct contact to the live parts from any direction of access. 2.2 屏障:提供從任何方向均可避免直接接觸帶電體之保護裝置。 2-3 “Conductive connection” Connection using contactors to an external power supply when the RESS is charged. 2.3 導電連接:當RESS充電時,使用充電器與外部電力供應裝置進行連接。 2-4 “Coupling system for charging the RESS” The electrical circuit used for charging the RESS from an external electric power supply including the vehicle inlet. 2.4 RESS耦合充能系統:包含車輛充電孔之由外部電力供應裝置充能RESS之電路。 2–5 “Direct contact” The contact of persons with live parts. 2.5 直接接觸:指人與帶電體之接觸。 2–6 “Electrical chassis” A set made of conductive parts electrically linked together, whose potential is taken as reference. 2.6 電路介面:指由導電的元件所組成且和全部其他導電元件相連結之裝置,其應參考其電位。 2–7 “Electrical circuit” An assembly of connected live parts which is designed to be electrically energized in normal operation. 2.7電路:指由連接之帶電體所構成,在一般操作情況下可導通電流。 2-8 “Electric energy conversion system” System that generates and provides electric energy for electric propulsio
