PAGE PAGE 41 铝镁碳砖的生产及应用 摘要 铝镁碳砖(简称AMC砖)是以镁砂、高铝骨料和碳素材料等原料经粉碎、配料、混炼、成型和干燥等工序而制成的不烧耐火制品。AMC砖主要用在钢包包壁和包底，其性能对钢包的使用寿命和安全性起到了重要作用。 本文概述了铝镁碳砖主要的生产工艺流程及其应用情况。在其生产过程中，原料成分的控制对生产优质的铝镁碳砖起着重要作用，各种工艺参数及技术指标的调节和合理应用是铝镁碳砖生产所必备的条件。其中，熔渣的侵蚀是影响铝镁碳砖性能的主要因素，如何改善和提高铝镁碳砖的抗蚀性就是本文要阐述的问题。当然，结合剂的选择和用量也是决定铝镁碳砖是否具备各种优良性能的重要条件。树脂和沥青作为首选的结合剂，二者在不同方向、不同作用上均能大大提高和改善铝镁碳砖的抗渣性、抗蚀性等，因此开发以树脂或沥青为结合剂的新型铝镁碳砖是钢铁行业发展所必须的。 关键词：铝镁碳砖、工艺参数、技术指标、熔渣、结合剂 The Development and Application of Alumina and magnesium carbon brick Abstract Aluminum and magnesium carbon brick (referred to in magnesia brick of AMC), high aluminium aggregate and carbon materials raw material grinding, mixing, and the mixing, molding and drying process which doesnt burn refractory products.
