毕业设计（论文） 绿色食品的生产规范化 年 级: 学 号: 姓 名: 专 业: 食品营养与检测 指导老师: 二零一二年五月 摘 要 绿色食品生产是绿色食品标准体系的核心，它包括绿色食品生产资料使用准则和绿色食品生产技术操作规程两个部分。绿色食品生产资料使用准则是对生产绿色食品过程中物质投入的一个原则性规定，它包括生产绿色食品的农药、肥料、食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、兽药和水产养殖药的使用准则，对允许、限制和禁止使用的生产资料及其使用方法、使用剂量等做出了明确规定。绿色食品生产技术操作规程是以上述准则为依据，按作为种类、畜牧种类和不同农业区域的生产特性分别制定的，用于指导绿色食品生产活动，规范绿色食品生产技术的技术规定，包括农产品种植、畜禽饲养、水产养殖等技术操作规程。 关键词：绿色食品； 生产资料； 生产技术； 规范生产  Production standardization of green food Abstract Green food production is the core of the system of green food standard, including green food production material USES a criterion and green food production technology operating rules . Green food production material criterion is used for production of green food material input in the process of a principle regulation, it includes production of green food pesticide, fertilizer, food additives, feed additives, veterinary medicine and aquaculture drugs use standard, to allow, restricted and prohibited the use of production material and method of use, the dose and made specific provision. Green food production technology operating rules is the criterion for the basis, as a species, according to the animal husbandry and types and different agricultural region of the production characteristics were developed, used to guide the green food production activities, standard of green food production technology of technical regulations, including agricultural planting, livestock and poultry raising and aquaculture technology operation procedures.
