需求离散下配送中心库存管理 优化应用研究 学生学院_____ _________ 专业班级_ __ 学 号 学生姓名______ ___________ 指导教师______ ___________ 2012年4月 摘 要 配送中心是从事物流活动的场所或组织，是为了有效地保证货物流通而建立的物流综合管理、控制与配送的机构或设施。库存控制是配送中心物流管理的重要组成部分，也是实现配送中心经济效益的重要环节。而在现实中，供过于求或供不应求的现象时常发生，这都使配送中心蒙受巨大损失。因此，如何确立适当的库存量，既减少库存成本，又不影响对客户的服务，已经成为企业管理人员必须考虑的首要问题。通过查阅文献发现，国内外对库存问题研究的文献较多，但对配送中心库存问题研究的文献较少，而且在需求离散条件下的库存模型存在一定的局限性，因此对该问题的研究具有一定理论意义和实际意义。笔者通过对理论知识的回顾，将需求离散对库存的影响、库存控制、配送中心库存控制进行概述，然后在现有需求连续的库存控制模型的基础上进行改进。最后根据对企业调查数据进行分析，并将对应的数据代入模型，对模型在企业实践中进行印证。 关键词：配送中心、需求离散、库存控制 Abstract Distribution center is the organization engaged in logistics. the organization border to guarantee the goods flowing effectively, institution or facility is integrated management, logistics and establish control and distribution.
