第 PAGE 35 页 共 NUMPAGES 36 页 摘要 本设计为某商业大厦给水排水系统设计，共23层，设有办公、住宅等民用场所。设计内容为建筑给水设计、排水设计、消防设计、喷淋设计。其中给水系统中，竖向分三区供水，低区由市政供水，中高区采用无负压设备供水，其优点在于保障了用水的可靠性、安全性，节能、水质质量高。排水系统中中高层住宅排水设置通气立管，保证排水顺畅。消防系统中竖向分三区供消防用水，采用消防泵临时高压供水。同时屋顶设置消防水箱，十分钟消防用水量，并设置增压设备。喷淋系统中采用临时高压给水，本设计中中高区住宅喷淋设计取消，只设计低区办公楼喷淋。湿式报警阀设置在泵房，报警阀上的水力警铃引出至值班室。各层喷淋干管设置流量指示计和遥控信号阀，最不利点设置试水阀、压力表。 关键词：综合楼 给排水 设计 Abstract Hefei, the design of a high-rise complex building plumbing design, construction height of 92.75 meters, a total of nineteen layers, with shopping malls, office, residential and other civilian sites.
