l 宁台科技园科技金融服务比较研究 摘 要 科技金融是以财政科技投入为引导，金融投入为主体，通过制度、机制、工具等创新，整合科技、金融、企业和社会资源，服务于科技成果转化和高新技术产业发展的多元化科技投融资体系，主要包括：企业资金、政府投入、创业风险投资、科技贷款和担保、多层次资本市场、科技金融产品、以及中介服务体系等多个方面。科技创新能力的提升与金融政策环境的完善是加快实施自主创新战略的基础和保障。促进科技和金融结合是支撑和服务经济发展方式转变和结构调整的着力点。本文通过南京工业大学国家科技园和台湾新竹科学园来对南京和台湾的科技园科技金融服务进行比较分析，通过美国硅谷的成功经验并对照台湾新竹科学园对南京的科技园科技金融服务提出建议。 关键词：科技金融服务；科技园；南京工业大学国家科技园；台湾新竹科学园 Research on the financial services research of Nanjing and Taiwan Science Park Abstract Technology and Finance is a financial investment in science and technology as guidance, and financial inputs as the main body systems, mechanisms, tools and innovative integration of technology, finance, business and social resources and services in scientific and technological achievements and high-tech industrial development diversified technology investment and financing system, including: enterprise funds, government investment, venture capital investment, science and technology loans and guarantees, multi-level capital market, technology, financial products, as well as an intermediary service system.
