The integrated automation system based on intelligent technology was proposed innovatively, which consists of three layers: intelligent optimization control, process control and process management. The structure, functions and control strategy of this system were discussed. The integrated automation system proposed was successfully applied to the raw slurry blending process of an alumina processing factory.
