【学术版】第001期 年1月3日编印 (1) “奥地利范式” 及其对中国宏观经济现实的解释 刘宪法 【摘 要】近年来，随着世界范围内的自由主义思潮的涌动，奥地利经 济学在美国等西方国家经济学界大有“复兴”之势，目前该学派已经成为众多 宏观经济理论中的一支重要流派。本文系统地介绍了奥地利宏观经济学研究视 角、价值取向及基本分析框架，并运用“奥地利范式”对 90年代以来发生的一 些重要的宏观经济现象进行解释。从经济计算和经济协调的角度，分析了1992 —1997年中国的经济波动现象；从货币不均衡角度，阐述了通货紧缩发生的原 因及其效应。最后，本文站在奥地利经济学的立场，对中国政府“反通货紧缩” 政策，进行了分析与评价。 【关键词】奥地利经济学、经济波动、货币均衡、中国宏观经济 1 Austrian paradigm and Its Interpretation of the Macro-Economic Realities in China Liu Xianfa Executive Summary In recent years with the liberalism gaining ground around the world， Austrian school of economics seems to be having a revival in the economics in the West as this school is now an important branch of the macro -economic theories. The present text examines the angles ，values and the general framework for analysis of this Austrian school of macro-economics and tries to interpret some of the important macro -economic phenomena since the 1990s with the Austrian. It is also used to analyze the economic fluctuatio ns of China in 1992- 1997 from the angle of economic calculation and coordination and also explained the causes and effects of the deflation from the point of view of the monetary in equilibrium，hence the analysis and appraisal of the Chinese measures on anti-deflation.
