However good Jialiqi company personnel management system as a form of office automation, the use of this system makes the work of many complex simplification, thus improve the efficiency.Jialiqi company personnel management software is an essential part of the personnel department personnel management staff a set of techniques and tools integration support platform.The development of this system is not only a written application process, it is more important in the work of system analysis and design stage. This system in the design process strictly follow the method of software engineering.Good personnel management, company management system is not only based on SQL Server 2005 for language database for the background to provide data service; ASP.NET is written in a language at the front desk interface as the front desk service, beautiful, and company personnel management system is based on information technology such as communication, computer, can achieve good management of employees, department, enterprise, can help managers to complete the management better. 【Key words】The personnel management system;Software engineering;SQL Server 2005；ASP.NET
