第22 卷 第1 期 2011 年1 月 VOL．22 NO．1 Jan．2011 民 草原生态移民与文化适应 族 ———以黄河源头流域为个案 学 祁进玉 研 （中央民族大学，北京 100871） 究 摘 要：“三江源”自然保护区自从实施自然保护政策，并划为国家级自然保护区，使得该区域的生态环境得到极大的保护， 有利于黄河、长江等下游地区的环境保护以及整体生态的改善。近年来，社会各界充分关注黄河源头的环境保护、生态恢复 和生态平衡,对于移民群体的传统文化保护、文化传承与文化适应等问题却缺乏足够的关注。本论文侧重从政府的相关政策 与法规、设立保护区的初衷以及当地政府对生态移民政策的设计思路进行深层探讨。本文尝试以应用人类学的视野来对上 述种种现象加以解读，深层分析政策性的生态移民活动对移民群体的文化传承与文化适应所产生的深刻影响。 关键词：生态移民；草原生态保护；文化变迁；社会适应；文化反观 中图分类号：C915 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1005－5681(2011)0 1－0050-11 Research on the Grassland Ecological Emigration and Cultural Adaptability --A Case Study of Applied Anthropological for the Source of the Yellow River QI Jin-yu Abstract ：SSince the implementation of conservation policy and zoned for national nature reserve on Sanjiangyuan in Qinghai province, which makes the regions ecological environment greatly protection, to the lower reaches of the Yellow R iver and Yangtze R iver, such as environmental protection and ecological improvement in the overall. In this paper, on the depth of fieldwork to comparison the life in migrants community before and after the relocation of the migration through the ecological protection, and reference a useful experience in treatment and solution similar ecological resettlement work from abroad. Through anthropological vision, this paper attempts to interpretation the above phenomenon and makes deep analysis on the ecological migration and its profound impact on social life and traditional cultures transfer- inheritance to ethnic minorities and immigrants.
