PAGE 南京航空航天大学金城学院 毕业论文 题 目 我国保险市场存在的问题及其对策 学生姓名 学 号 系 部 经济系 专 业 金融学 班 级 指导教师 讲师 二〇一二年四月  我国保险市场存在的问题及其对策 摘 要 纵观我国保险业这些年的发展，客观地说，我国的保险市场还处在一个初级发展的阶段。在此期间我国的保险市场取得了很大的成绩，但是与发达国家相比仍然有一定的差距。同时，保险市场还存在诸多问题。保险资金的高效运用是保险业提高核心竞争力的内在要求,关系整个行业的平稳发展。目前我国保险业主要的问题主要存在于保险供给方，需求方，代理方还有监管机构中。如果不能及时地发现问题并且解决问题,我国保险业发展进程将受到影响和阻碍。文章深入分析了保险供给方，保险需求方，保险代理方等存在的问题，并且从专业角度提出了对策，对保险市场的未来发展进行了总结与展望。 关键词：险种结构相似率；保险法；保险代理机构；风险意识；社会保障制度  Chinas insurance market problems and Countermeasures Abstract Throughout Chinas insurance industry 20 years of development, objectively speaking, our countrys insurance market is still in the primary stage of development.Although our countrys insurance market has made great achievements, but compared with the developed countries there is still a certain gap.At the same time, there are still many problems in insurance market.The efficient use of insurance funds is the insurance industry to enhance the core competitiveness of the intrinsic requirement of the life insurance industry, the insurance marketing is the main business channels, the relationship between whole industry stable development.At present, Chinas insurance industry in the capital return rate, investment structure and the insurance marketing personnel management deficiencies, if cannot be improved, Chinas insurance industry development process will be affected and hinder.The article analyzed the insurance supply side, demand of insurance, insurance agents and other problems, and from a professional point of view the countermeasures are put forward, on the insurance market in the future development are summarized and prospects.
