《我国民营企业家素质现状及提升方法研究》-毕业论文（设计）.docVIP

l 摘 要 随着我国改革开放的不断深入,民营经济成为丰富我国经济形式、活跃国内市场、稳定经济持续快速增长并促进国有企业机制创新改革的重要力量,是社会财富的重要组成部分和国家财政收入的重要来源。但是民营企业存在的一些问题也令人担忧,尤其是民营企业家素质问题,所以提升民营企业家素质已经成为民营企业发展的重点。 首先本文对企业企业家素质的研究和目的作出详细的概括和分析,并对民营企业和民营企业家进行了概念界定。其次,通过对民营企业发展的历史和现状进行了分析,总结概括出了导致民营企业家素质问题的原因所在并提出了民营企业家应当具备的素质特征。最后,通过问题找出原因,并提出了针对民营企业家素质的问题的解决方案和提升方法。 【关键词】民营企业 企业家素质 素质建设 道德修养  ABSTRACT Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, Private economy not only has become an important force of enrich form of our country economy, enliven the domestic market and stable and rapid economic growth, promoting state-owned enterprise to reform and mechanism innovation, but also has become an important part of social wealth and main source of national finance income.But some problems are also of concern of private enterprise, especially the quality of civilian battalion entrepreneur problem. So enhance the quality of private entrepreneurs have become a focus of private enterprise development. At first, the article introduces study on the quality of private entrepreneurs and purpose of the article, and make the concept on private entrepreneurs. Secondly, based on the analysis of the history and current situation of private enterprises development, the article make a summary that the cause of the quality of civilian battalion entrepreneur problem and analysis private entrepreneurs should possess the quality characteristics.
