PAGE I 我国企业境外投资的风险及对策研究 摘要 随着经济全球化的迅猛发展，我国企业正在全球范围内参与国际竞争，不断扩大国际市场。境外投资面临的外部环境，对我国大多数企业来说存在着诸多矛盾与风险，风险的研究对我国经济发展少走弯路有重要意义。深入研究并规避、防范其中的风险，采取切实可行的措施，关系到我国企业境外投资的成败得失，并进而影响到我国经济能否快速融入国际经济大循环，因而具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文将从我国企业境外投资现状出发，认真分析境外投资各类风险，并对其中的主要五种风险：境外投资的融资风险，境外投资的决策风险，政府监管及服务风险，境外投资保护风险，境外投资环境风险的产生根源做了全方面研究。针对产生的风险，分别从企业和国家着手考虑，得到了应对不同风险的具体应对策略，有助于我国经济的全球化发展。 关键词:境外投资,风险,风险防范 Chinas Overseas Investment Risk and Countermeasures Abstract With the rapid development of economic globalization，Chinas enterprises are to take part in international competition around the world，Investment in expanding international markets.
