一种汽车加油口盖板修整机 龚俊 （浙江海洋学院 船舶与海洋工程学院，浙江 舟山 316000） 摘要 随着国内汽车业发展脚步的不断加快，汽车与人们的联系变得越来越紧密，汽车工业在国民中的地位也愈加重要。汽车工业一直是经济发达国家的支柱产业之一，在国民经济中具有重要的地位。一个国家的汽车工业水平，代表着一个国家国民经济的综合发展水平。 汽车工业是附加值很高的加工工业，是创造社会财富，提高国民收入的重要来源，汽车工业作为综合性工业，也具有较强的产业波及效果和带动作用，目前其对上下游其他产业链的带动作用也日趋明显。各国经济发展经验表明，保持经济的快速增长，离不开若干个高于平均增长速度的主导产业的带动。汽车工业，对国民经济快速增长发挥着越来越重要的作用。 然而随着科技的快速发展，汽车在走进千家万户的同时，汽车工业也面临着机遇和挑战，特别是中国汽车业任重而道远。随着我国汽车工业的快速发展，汽车各种新型应用器具也逐渐被重视起来。因此汽车工业必须要在工艺上创新，技术上突破，管理上优化，形成良好的运行机制。在这种情况下，只有研究我国汽车产业的发展现状，并规划有效的汽车产业发展战略，突发新产品，才能够更有效地适应严峻的国际市场竞争环境。 本文以一种实用新型汽车加油口盖板修整机为对象，对它进行了相应的创新设计及改进，优化了它的结构与功能，使其运行更加高效，本产品属于机械加工技术领域。论文也对以下工作作了主要的介绍设计： 1．本文对实用新型汽车加油口盖板修整机的修面定位装置作了设计,能够在对加油口盖板侧面进行修整时自动将加油口盖板固定住，使得修整精度更高。 2.本文对加油口盖板修整机汽车加油口盖板修整机的修面装置也作了设计，在运行中能够自动对加油口盖侧面进行磨平和抛光，自动化程度高。 3.本文对汽车加油口盖板修整机的边沿抛光装置作了设计，边沿抛光装置，能够自动对加油口盖板的四周边沿进行抛光，抛光质量好，效率高。 关键词：修面定位；修面装置；边沿抛光；汽车业 ABSTRACT Accelerating pace with the development of domestic automobile industry, The cars and people?become more and more?close?contact.
