Caifengjun_666@163. 中 国 土 建 式 单 面 彩 钢 板 组 装 冷 库 的 建 筑 节 能 蔡凤钧 (西安西部食品工程研发中心 西安 710001) 孙兆英 ( 陕西省制冷学会 西安 710054) 摘要：本文根据我国目前建筑节能的要求,提出冷库建筑节能的必要性,针对从 国外引进的夹心板装配式冷库的建筑构造形式，无法兼顾建筑节能的要求,推出了一 种中国土建式单面彩钢板组装冷库。该新型冷库建筑节能好,具有夹心板装配式冷库 干净卫生，建设周期短的优点，又具有土建式冷库热惰性大、库温稳定、波动较小、 节能省电的优点，通过一年多运行实践证明,比轻钢结构的夹心板装配式冷库建筑节 能显著,非常适应当今节能性社会对冷藏加工高档食品的需求,应是冷库建筑节能新 趋势。 关键词 单面彩钢板土建冷库 建筑节能 整体保温 干净卫生 The Building Energy-saving of China Civil Construction Type Single Side Colour Steel Sheet Assembly Refrigerator Caifengjun SunZhaoying Abstract: According to the demand of building energy-saving at present, this thesis brings up the necessity of the building energy-saving in refrigerator. Building structure form of the filling sheet assembly refrigerator imported foreign can’t have building energy-saving. So China civil construction single side colour steel sheet assembly refrigerator is directed at that defect being worked out. This new type refrigerator not only has advantages of with filling sheet assembly such as clean and sanitation, shortly build period, but also has construction type’s advantages such as higher thermal inertia, stable temperature, and small wave, energy saving. Practice through carry out more than one year proved that energy-saving is more remarkable than light-steel filling sheet assembly refrigerator. So this refrigerator is available for the demand of saving energy society for refrigerating machining, slap-up food. It must be the new tendency of building energy-saving in refrigerator.
