PAGE 精品 中文摘要 利用陶粒及涂铁陶粒和涂铝陶粒对含铜废水进行了吸附试验研究，考察了陶粒及改性陶粒对废水溶液中铜离子的吸附性能及吸附剂用量、接触时间、废水的pH值及含铜废水初始浓度对铜离子去除率的影响。 结果表明，涂铝陶粒对含铜废水的去除率更为显著，和陶粒相比，去除率可由49%提高至67%。但是由于铁离子干扰铜离子的测定，涂铁陶粒的吸附试验结果较差。在铜离子浓度为25mg/L的情况下，选择室温、pH值为6、接触时间为40min、吸附剂用量为12.5g/L时可获得最大去除率。对于不同初始浓度的含铜废水，去除率较为稳定。在试验范围内，陶粒对铜离子的吸附符合Freundlich方程。本文为陶粒及改性陶粒处理含铜废水提供了理论依据和工艺参数。 关键词: 涂铁陶粒；涂铝陶粒；含铜废水；去除率 Study on copper-bearing wastewater treated by using scoria ceramsite Abstract Application of ceramsite,ceramsite coated with iron and ceramsite coated with aluminium to treatment was studied respectively.Moreover the adsorption properties and the effects of absorbent does，adsorption time,the pH of the wastewater and initial concentration of the wastewater were explored. The results showed that the capacity of ceramsite coated with aluminium for adsorbing was high.Compared with ceramsite，the romoval rate can increase from 49 percent to 67 percent.However,the ceramsite coated with iron may bring about iron which may disturb the determination of the concentration of copper ,so that the effect on the removal rate can not reach the expectance.In addition,when copper concentration was 25mg/L,at room temperature,and with pH at 6，contact time for 40min, the maximum removal ratio of copper can be achieved by using ceramsite and the ceramsite transformed at 12.5g/L.And even if the initial concentration of the copper-bearing wastewater is variable, the removel rate turned out to be rather steady.The isothermal adsorption of ceramsite for copper fit Freundlich equation within the range of cxperimental concentration.The application of the ceramsite and ceramsite transformed as the absorbent in wastewater treatment provides a theoretical basis and technological parameters for the future research.
