丁荣蓉：企业对外投资研究 江西理工大学毕业论文 PAGE 8 PAGE 22 企业对外投资研究 摘要 本文从目前中国企业对外投资的发展现状出发，分析了企业对外投资活动中存在的问题，包括：投资区域与产业选择不当、投资方式单一缺乏多样性、投资决策盲目、缺少核心技术、多元化投资失误等等弊端，并归纳出其成因在于企业缺乏一个高效运作以对其投资活动提供支持和保障的科学投资体系，进而试图通过建立这样一个投资决策与执行的科学体系，以解决现实中存在的弊端，提高企业对外投资效率和收益。此外，本文还就中国企业对外多元化投资实践作出了反思，分析多元化投资失败的原因，指出实施多元化投资必须具备的客观条件，最后通过案例分析比较海尔和通用的对外投资战略，总结二者之所以获得成功的共同之处，以及借鉴以通用为代表的外国企业投资运作的合理模式，为中国现代企业成功实施对外投资指明了战略方向。基于以上理论探讨，本文通过对企业对外投资的研究，意在找到适合当代中国国情的包括对外多元化投资在内的对外投资对策，帮助中国企业更好的顺应跨国投资的世界潮流，实现在全球范围内的资源优化配置，扬长避短，以不断提升竞争力，在日益激烈的国际竞争中立于不败之地。 关键词：对外投资； 科学投资体系； 多元化投资 Enterprises Foreign Investment Research ABSTRACT The Chinese enterprises overseas investment from the current status of the development starting, an analysis of the activities of foreign investment enterprises problems, including : regional and industry investment choices improper, the lack of diversity in a single investment, investment decision-making blind, the lack of core technologies, diverse investment errors, and so on defects, and summed up its causes is the lack of an efficient operation of enterprises in their investment activities to provide support and protect scientific investment system, and attempt to establish such an investment decision-making and implementation of the system of science to solve practical problems that exist, and improve enterprise efficiency and foreign investment income.
