国有企业招聘现状及对策分析 内容提要: 企业人员招聘既是有效地进行人力资源管理的前提,又是人力资源管理的关建性环节。任何企业的人员都不可能保持一成不变,随着企业环境和企业结构的变化,企业对人员素质的要求在不断变化,企业要吐故纳新,增进活力,就要对企业人员不断进行调整和更换。近年来随着我国市场经济的深入发展,国有企业管理的弊端逐渐显露出来,招不到合适的人才更是制约着国有企业的可持续发展,大大削弱了国有企业的竞争力,使国有企业在激烈的市场竞争中处于劣势地位。本文阐述了招聘的内涵和意义,分析了国有企业人力资源管理现状,结合国有企业招聘现状,提出了招聘管理改进建议。 关键词 : 国有企业 招聘 现状 对策 【Abstract】 Corporate recruitment is both effective and the premise of human resource management is an important part of human resource management. Any enterprise personnel can remain constant as the business environment and corporate changes in the structure, the quality of personnel requirements in a changing corporate renewal and increase vitality, we must continue to adjust and replace the corporate officers.
