Abstract: Materialist dialectical thin ing capacity is the centre capacity of leading cadres capacity
system, it leads and conditions others capability formation and development as the ey. Some
leading cadres are mar ed decrease of materialist dialectical thin ing capacity and it lead to absence
of the ability of ma ing scientific decisions, controlling pow er, reading and ma ing proper use of
personnel, handling group event and study and execute. It brings irreparable damage to the
country, the party and people, exercise bad effect in people and affect society stability and
harmony. So its the urgent tas at present is rebuilding materialist dialectical thin ing capacity to
the centre capacity of leading cadre capacity system.
