白内障超声乳化手术不同切口对手术效果及泪膜的影响分 析 肖贤柳 广元市屮心医院 四川广元628000 【摘 要】冃的：分析口内障超声乳化手术不同切口对手术效果及泪膜的影 响。方法：将我院收治的64例（72只眼）片内障患者随机分为观察组32例（36 只眼）和对照组32例（36只眼）。对照组患者行双手微切口白内障超声乳化术 治疗，观察组患者行同轴微切口口内障超声乳化术治疗。检测2组患者治疗前后 的裸眼视力、角膜屮央厚度、角膜内皮细胞计数及泪膜破裂时间（BUT）。结果： 术后1周及1个月，观察组患者裸眼视力均高于对照组（P均＜0.05）,角膜屮央 厚度低于对照组（P均V0.05）；术后1周、1个月、3个月，观察组患者的平均 角膜内皮细胞计数均高于对照组（卩均＜0.05）；术后3d、14d,观察组患者平均 BUT均高于对照组（P均V0.05）。结论：同轴微切口超声乳化术治疗白内障的疗 效优于双手微切口超声乳化术，能有效减轻对患者角膜组织的损伤，促进术后视 力的恢复，且对泪膜稳定性的影响较小。 【关键词】白内障；超声乳化术；手术切口；泪膜 【中图分类号J R779 【文献标识码1B 【文章编号】1674-8999 （2015 ） 8-0139-02 [Abstract] objective: to analysis different incision surgery of cataract ultrasonic emulsificati on operatio n effect and the in flue nee of the tear film ? Our hospitalrsquo;s 64 cases （72 eyes） of cataract patients were randomly divided into observation group （32 cases, 36 eyes） and control group （32 cases, 36 eyes）. The Control group patients were treated by hands microincisional cataract phaco, the observation group of patients were treated by coaxial phaco microincisional cataract. Before and after treatment, patients with the naked eye sight, central cornea thickness, corneal endothelial cell counts and appears burst time (BUT) were detected. Results: postoperative 1 week and 1 mon th, patie nts with the n aked eye vision observation group were higher than control group (P lt; 0.05), the central cornea thickness was lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05); After 1 week, 1 month, 3 mon ths, the observati on group of patie nts with an average cor neal endothelial cell counts were higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05); 14 d, 3 d, observation group of patients, on average, BUT were higher than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: coaxial phaco micro incision to treat cataract phaco, curative effect is superior to the hands of micro incision can effectively reduce the damage in patie nts with cor neal tissue, promote the recovery of visual acuity, and less in flue nee on the stability of tear film.
